PHONE: You can place an order by phone - just call us professional sales specialist at 1-866-526-1843
FAX: You can place an order via fax - 866-526-1843. Please include all required information, such as item number, contact information, payment information, billing and shipping information. When we receive your fax, we will contact you for verifications before the order is processed.
Please note that placing your order online is faster, safer and more efficient. It will ensure that your shipping address, billing address and item(s) ordered are correct.

When does my credit card get charged?
When you place an order online, there is a hold that is authorized on your credit card for the amount of your purchase. Once we confirm the availability of your purchase, we charge your credit card. If your item(s) are not in stock, you will be notified by our sales specialist.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for all products.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items ship from the manufacturer within 5-7 business days. If the items are in stock, you should receive your order within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Stock changes frequently. We will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order, which is subject to change on occasion.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order. In addition, you will be emailed tracking information for your order once it has been shipped.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please call client service. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to Texas (TX).

Will my item look exactly like the picture?
Unique Mirrors Online makes every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your furniture. Keep in mind that all products are individually handcrafted, therefore, can vary in color. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you. Please note: We are not responsible for color variations or measurements that are slightly off (three inches or less). All Returns will be subject to our return policies & fees.
Will the furniture require assembly?
All products are shipped fully or partially assembled. Furniture will be shipped with all necessary fasteners, and can be assembled with easy to follow instructions. For products containing plumbing, we suggest that you contact a certified plumber to perform the final installation.
