One of the best parts of Christmas morning isn’t necessarily what’s under the tree. Children’s eyes turn first to the stockings hung over the mantle because while Santa may have left a few items under the tree, ostensibly everything in the stocking was hand picked by that jolly old elf. Having a home made stocking adds to the delight of that magical morning.
